I've always loved baking and when I went dairy free the choice of sweet treats were next to none. So decided to make my own, I used to do them for family parties and they were always a hit.
They just so happen to be dairy, egg and animal free which means they taste even better.
I am just a mom who enjoys baking. I have a husband Lee who has to try all my bakes, he is not vegan but he has two little helpers to taste test with him. They are very truthful, like all children are.
I bake with my boys and named the business after my little girl who passed away in May 2017. Her name is Felicity and it's because of her iv found the strength to start Fliss's Fancy.
Currently we are expecting our rainbow baby around the beginning of December so we will be limiting the amount of orders in the run up.
